Eversource Energy was incorporated in 1927 and is headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Robust Utility Earnings Growth: Eversource Energy reported strong Q1FY26 earnings growth supported by higher transmission and distribution investments, favorable base rate increases, and improved infrastructure recovery mechanisms. GAAP earnings increased to USD 606.8 million, or USD 1.61 per share, compared to USD 550.8 million, or USD 1.50 per share, in Q1FY25. Non-GAAP recurring EPS improved to USD 1.73 from USD 1.50 in the prior-year quarter.
