Key Reasons for Speculative Buy

  1. Financial Performance and Key Improvements: Guardforce AI demonstrated a notable improvement in financial performance during H1 2024. Gross profit surged by approximately 50% to $3.2 million compared to $2.2 million in H1 2023, driven by an increase in gross profit margin from 12.0% to 18.4%. This growth was supported by cost-control initiatives and expansion in higher-margin solutions, particularly within the Guardforce Digital Machine (GDM) and Cash-In-Transit businesses. Adjusted net income turned positive at $0.1 million, a significant improvement from the $1.8 million adjusted net loss in H1 2023. Operating loss decreased by 82.5%, to $2.1 million, compared to $11.9 million the previous year.
  2. Strategic Business Expansion: Guardforce AI expanded its client base and strengthened its position in high-margin sectors.
